Verrado’s most recent $1.8 million sale just one of several over the last few months — 2008 started off with another luxury home sale for $1.9 million

The Arizona Republic reported the following "priciest home sales" for the week of May 6th, 2008, which included the sale of a luxury custom home in the community of Verrado located in West Phoenix.

$1,820,000 | Patricia Fornes bought a 5,251-square-foot home originally built in 2005 at the Raven Golf Club at Verrado in Buckeye. The home was sold by Steve and Miriam Somerman.

He has produced more than 100 movies and miniseries for television, including Lonesome Dove, which earned seven Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe for Best Miniseries.
